2.The ice machine does not make any ice, what should I do?

Well, as you could imagine, this may be due to several factors, including but not limited to:

There is too much ice in its ice tray. This nugget ice maker has sensors in its ice tray. They are there to avoid an overflow of ice. So just remove some or all of the ice in the tray to make space for more.

There is not enough water. The ice maker needs water in order to work its magic and turn it into ice, therefore it will turn its “Add Water” light on to let you know you need to pour some in.

The water filter is clogged. The ice maker needs to pass water through the filter in order to make the purest and cleanest ice it can. Add some citric acid (lemon juice) to the water, in a 1:20 ratio, in order to help clean the filter out. Then use clean water to make the ice maker work a few rounds before making ice to use in your drinks.

  1. The ice machine does not stay frozen and causes the ice to melt, what should I do?

The following 3 points may cause the ice machine to not stay frozen and the ice to melt, please troubleshoot through each of these options in order:

If there is a high temperature around the machine, it can cause the ice to melt. To avoid this, please place the nugget ice maker in a place where the ambient temperature is below 30 degrees.

The temperature of the water added to the ice machine is too high and will cause the ice to melt. To avoid this, please add clean water with a temperature below 10 degrees.

The quicker the ice is made, the faster it is going to melt. For the best results, please make sure the ice-making time is between 15-35 minutes.
