1. It makes noise when I use the ice machine, what should I do?

The ice machine will make a sound when making ice, the noise is normal. You can visit the page telling you about the ice maker sound.

If the noise is abnormally loud, it may be a compressor failure, please go to the Contact Us, take and upload the video and follow the reply.


2.The ice machine does not make ice, what should I do?

Please visit the page “Solution of producing no ice” and follow the steps to find the problems and answers.


3. The ice machine does not stay frozen and causes the ice to melt, what should I do?

The following 3 points may cause the ice machine does not stay frozen and causes the ice to melt, please troubleshoot one by one:

(1)High temperature around the machine will cause the ice to melt, please place the ice machine in a place where the ambient temperature is below 30 degrees.

(2)The temperature of the water added to the ice machine is too high and will cause the ice to melt, please add clean water below 10 degrees.

(3)Too short of ice-making time will cause the ice to melt quickly, please make sure the ice-making time is between 15-35 minutes.

4. Ice machine gets hot and stops making ice, what should I do?

The following 3 points may cause the ice machine gets hot and stops making ice, please troubleshoot one by one:

(1)High temperature around the machine will cause the ice machine stops making ice, please place the equipment in a place where the ambient temperature is below 30 degrees.

(2)The temperature of the water added to the ice machine is too high and will cause the ice machine stops making ice, please add clean water below 10 degrees.

(3)Too long of ice-making time will cause the ice machine stops making ice, please make sure the ice-making time is between 15-35 minutes.

5. Ice maker screen displays ‘E1’, what should I do?

If the display shows E1, which means the ambient temperature sensor is faulty, please restart the machine and use the 'self-cleaning mode' to troubleshoot the problem.

Excluding the above faults, this phenomenon still exists, please go to the Contact Us to send the message (Request to replace the ambient temperature sensor) and follow the reply.


6. Ice maker screen displays ‘E2’, what should I do?

If the display shows E2, which means the cooling tube sensor is faulty, please restart the machine and use the 'self-cleaning mode' to troubleshoot the problem.

Excluding the above faults, this phenomenon still exists, please go to the Contact Us to send the message (Request to replace the cooling tube sensor) and follow the reply.


7. The ice has a bad smell, what should I do?

Please make sure that the ice machine is using clean water below 10 degrees.
