Thank you for choosing our products! Please read the following Return & Refund Policy carefully. This policy applies to purchases made directly through our official website. For purchases made through third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay), please contact them directly as their specific policies will apply.

1. Return Period
We accept return requests within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. This period meets or exceeds common U.S. marketplace standards.

2. Return Conditions & Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The product is in its original condition, complete with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • The item shows no signs of misuse, unauthorized modification, or physical damage.
  • For installed appliances, the product must be safely uninstalled before return.

Note: Products returned with missing parts, damage caused by improper installation, or unauthorized modifications may not be eligible for a full refund.

Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge a restocking fee for returned products.

3. Return Shipping & Address (Important)
Return Address: Please do NOT send your purchase back to the sender's address on the package. This is not our return center and will delay or prevent your refund. Once your return is authorized, we will provide the correct return warehouse address via email.

Shipping Costs:

  • Defective/Damaged Items: If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customer Remorse: For other approved returns (e.g., "no longer needed," "ordered by mistake"), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Responsibility: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Free Village is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit back to our warehouse.

4. How to Initiate a Return (Required Steps)
All returns must be authorized by our support team before being sent back.

We will typically respond to your return request within 1-2 business days. Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number for the return shipment. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization (RMA) if applicable.

5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with missing components, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

In such cases, we may offer:

6. Non-Returnable Situations
