SHIPPING COVERAGE
We currently offer shipping ONLY to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.
We DO NOT ship to the following locations:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Territories (Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, etc.)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- International addresses (outside the United States)
Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the contiguous 48 states will be cancelled and refunded.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Contiguous 48 United States:
- Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders | 3-5 Business Days
Note: Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The delivery date shown is calculated as: Ship Date + Transit Time = Estimated Delivery Date. Your order may arrive sooner than the estimated date.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders shipped to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.
- Minimum Purchase: No minimum required
- Eligible Locations: Contiguous 48 U.S. states only
- Delivery Time: 3-5 Business Days (after order ships)
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We've partnered with trusted carriers to ensure your order is delivered securely and on time:
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- FedEx
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- FdsExpress
The carrier for your order will be selected based on your location and the size/weight of your items to ensure optimal delivery.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIP TIMES
Processing Time:
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on business days (Monday-Friday) will typically ship the same business day
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will ship the following business day
- Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will ship on the next business day
- We ship orders within 24 hours on regular business days (Monday-Friday, non-holidays)
Transit Time: 3-5 Business Days for standard shipping (after order ships)
All carriers provide transportation Monday through Saturday.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax regulations. The final price you pay includes the product price plus applicable sales tax.
No customs duties, import taxes, or international fees apply as we only ship within the United States.
SHIPPING ADDRESS MODIFICATION
If you need to change your shipping address or other order details, please contact us immediately at service@free-village.com.
Before your order ships: We can modify your shipping address and order details. Please contact us as soon as possible.
After your order has shipped: We cannot change the shipping address once the package is in transit. You may need to work with the carrier directly or return the item in accordance with our Return Policy.
To ensure accurate delivery, please double-check all information you enter during checkout, especially that your shipping address is within the contiguous 48 United States.
ORDER VERIFICATION
While we process your order, you may be contacted by a customer service representative to verify your order and billing information. If you cannot be reached, your order may be delayed. The best way to ensure there is no delay in your delivery is to verify all information is correct during checkout.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Please note that during the following circumstances, delivery times may be extended beyond our standard 3-5 business day estimate:
- National holidays and peak shopping seasons
- Inventory shortages
- Shipping carrier delays
- Extreme weather conditions
- Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

INSPECTING YOUR ORDER UPON ARRIVAL
If your order shipped via freight carrier, please thoroughly inspect your item before signing for the package. We recommend that you verify the following before signing the bill of lading:
- Correct Item: Make sure you have received the correct product(s)
- Package Condition: Check for damage beyond normal wear and tear that occurs in transit, which could indicate the item was damaged during shipping
If your order is correct and in good condition: Please sign for the package.
If you did not receive the correct item or find significant damage: Please refuse the package and contact our customer service team at service@free-village.com immediately. We will provide you with instructions to get your order corrected.

If you need your order delivered by a specific date, we recommend contacting our customer service team at service@free-village.com before placing your order to confirm availability and guarantee a ship date.
