FAQs
Q: If I connect a water bottle do I need an accessory to feed the water to the ice maker?
A: No additional accessories are required. After you install it, you can click Start, and the ice maker will automatically absorb water to make ice.
Q: My ice machine is white but it is stainless steel in product picture. Why?
A: This product is silver. The white is a plastic film to keep product away from scratches during transportation. It can be peeled off and you will see the stainless steel after removing the film.

3. What countries do you ship to?

4. How will my delivery be shipped?
Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Free Village products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.
5. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
6. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

We want every item to be a perfect compliment to your home. You can request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery if you feel the item doesn't satisfy your home decor. 30-day returns must with the original contents attached and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
How do I make a return?
1. Sign in to your free village account.
2. Select the item(s) you would like to return, fill up the reason, then submit.
3. Print the return label and tape it on the outside of your return parcel.
4. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop it off at your nearest post office.
NOTE: If you are paying to ship back the return yourself, you can use any shipping method you like, just make sure it's postmarked no later than 30 days from the purchase date.

How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
1. You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
2. Shipping is free on your 1st return for any order. You must use the shipping label we provide (See "How do I make a return?" section for details), then send back and postmark the package within 30 days from the purchase date.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
1. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact.
2. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

Warranty Policy
We warrant the Product against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary use for one year (If you apply for an extended warranty you can get an extra one year, all the limited warranty below represent the first your warranty) from the date of your original retail purchase from us, except that if the Product is a consumable product (for example, an ink cartridge), this limited warranty is null and void as soon as the consumable part of the Product (for example, the ink) has been consumed.
During the first warranty period, if a defect arises in the Product and you follow the instructions that we will provide to you for returning the Product, we will, at our option, take one of the following actions: (i) replace the Product with either a new or a refurbished Product that is the same as or similar to the Product you purchased; (ii) repair the Product using either new or refurbished parts; or (iii) refund to you the purchase price of the Product. During the extended warranty, you can purchase the product accessories but with no shipping fees.
This limited warranty applies only to hardware components of the product that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or damage from other external causes, alteration, repair, or commercial use. This limited warranty is not transferable to any subsequent purchaser or recipient of the Product.
This limited warranty applies to any replacement Product or part, or to any repair, for the remainder of the original warranty period. All parts and Products that you return to us and for which we give you a refund or replacement will become our property upon our receipt.

Customer service will ask you questions to determine your eligibility under this limited warranty. If you are eligible, a replacement order, repair order or refund will be issued, and you'll be given instructions for returning the defective Product. If we choose to send you a replacement or to repair your product, we will pay the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired Product to you.

A: “TIMER CLEAN”button: Quickly press this button once, to enter the Timer setting program.
B: “ON/OFF”button: 1.turn on/off the machine. 2.to cancel the Timer setting with "off" 3. press this button for more than 5 seconds, the unit will switch to ice harvest process by force
C/D: “+”、“-”button: Adjust the ice-making process duration period length.Also to adjust the delay time of the timer.

Explanation of Backside Structure
A. Water inlet port for water supply: Use to connect the water supply pipe (recommend to connect with tap water but we still provide water pipe for bottled water use).
